yes all bounty tokens can be sold but they have different time frame when it comes to releasing it on a certain exchange.
sometimes other project has a lock up period or sometimes they disable the trading features of a certain tokens.
but there some projects that are available on exchanges after there public sale always remember that some bounties has no value
by picking a filtering out good project you can maximize your time earning some
