All types of voting are triggered by the appearance of a notification about voting in the interface #MetaGate and notifications in the respective channels.

How are votes counted, what decision was made?

The votes are counted according to the number of #MHC from the voter. A vote is a technical transaction signed with a private key voting, publicly available. To win a certain option you need to get 50% + 1 vote.

What is the time limit for voting? Can I set the period myself?
