Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.
Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?

I would recommend mindful exercises, as it will calm you mind and help you gain some perspective on life, maybe it helps you see how life goes by so fast and you shouldn't spend it all on work.
There are apps that help you with this, meditation apps you can find on your phone and for free.. I used Breathe (on iPhone, recommend it too).
