The biggest use care for Solve Care and the blockchain in my opinion is the delegated trust. With smart contracts and the blockchain Solve Care aims to release the grip of insurance companies and instead use the platform's proof of service model to allow a company to have strong probabilities which allow delegated trust to the patient. That means the patient can choose their own doctor and not have to deal with the insurance company for everything.
