Mostly peoeple are crazy for crypto because they saw many are becoming rich in crypto but they don't even know and understand the real reason behind how other investors become rich.  They are wanted to invest a big amount to the point that they will sell their house or propety  because they believe it will double, triple or even more than what they are wanted to expect.  Hopefully, people should understand and study first how risky and volatile the cryptocurrency is.
