First of all, hopefully I am posting in the right section.
Hi guys I have a questions regarding bounty. I have seen some ICO bounty programs in bitcoin talk.

You should know that there are bounties that pay in BTC directly. They are mostly found in the

Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Services

sub-forum.

Why are alt coins only distribute their ICO coins/tokens to bounties via eth addresses even though some of these alt coins have their own wallet.

Most of them don't have their own wallet. They are ERC20 tokens that use ETH wallet.

Why don’t they just create a alt coin wallet on the bounties behalf and send their earned alt coins/tokens straight to bounties wallet?

It doesn't work that way. To have your own wallet, you have to have your own blockchain, and miners to secure its function. You cannot create one just on the bounties behalf.

All that being said, you can find altcoins that have their own blockchain and pay their bounty reward in their native coin which you can receive in their own wallet. They are not so frequent, but you can find them if you are persistent. An example of past campaign is byteball: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3162547.520
