I share the same experience too. It seems that the bounty distribution has not been properly distributed and maybe the team can also contact the bounty manager and let him explain why it happened because the bounty rules and terms are clear as ice yet it was not implemented fully. I'm afraid this will have a negative impact to the project if it will not be resolve asap.
