Seems like it is,because if we will check the dominatiom bitcoins doinin market,you'll find the 45.3% dominance over all altcoins,this is to high even when the great pump happened last December 2017 ,so maybe its the ETF whos the investors betting to bitcoin

But i believe efter this event altcoins will recover and the market will be balanced again not like now looks to bias to bitcoins
