I had 2.29 BTC in my account from my 200 gpu farm. Now the new system only gave me 0.19 btc

If you left your mined coins sitting in the pool for longer than the 7-day window (why on earth would you do that?) they've specified for reimbursement, then you most likely won't be getting it.
