Yes, this is a problem. Most of ICOs have only promising. But they raising money and must have delieve product. And yes, i know ready ICO projects.

But this project already has a ready-made product, which they continue to develop. And this product is good. After a good marketing company users will become very much. The value of STM for people will increase.
