I hold some litecoin and thinking to move into something other. I am thinking for Neo, what do you think will be a eisr choice?

Litecoin is one of the best altcoin after the ethereum so you don't have to doubt the future of litecoin.I suggest you to hold the litecoin for some years then you will realize what you made from your investment maybe at the time one litecoin valued at $5K or $50K.
