There is no problem here. The NEO coin is Chinese, where everyone values it very much. However, even there, the Chinese government recognized ethereum as the best crypto currency. NEO took, in my opinion, the fourth place, and bitcoin in general the thirteenth. So the answer is clear. Even if at home NEO recognize that ethereum all the same is better, probably, so it also is. I can only confirm for my part that ethereum is really the best coin.
