Nobody knows, but i hope yes. I think all want bitcoin. There will be at most 21 million bitcoins in existence. There isn't even enough BTC to go around for EVERY millionaire to own one. So i really think it will be. 
Yes it can but no one knows when, i do not believe that the bitcoin price will recover in short term and we need large time to hit this price again .
