Your first 10 LTC promo is over already but the notification message to notify people is still there. It should be removed as soon as possible unless you are going to run another 10 LTC promo very soon.
Where information on levels.
There is no information on levels as far as I know, I have tried to find about it out since some time ago by clicking usernames and looking at my own account setting but nothing.
