Those ICO's who are raising the funds currently will always benefit from the crypto currencies hikes. The reasons : They will have lot more funding than the current one considering the USD value will be many folds more than the current one.

They can re-allocate the budget for higher biddings, big exchanger listings and basically many more things which were not in the roadmap due to non-affordable cause. So you see it will develop the project faster and thus they can easily gain more attention, more value if 50% hikes is ever seen in the crypto than the current value.
