I think that Russia will not change anything in the crypto-currency world. Although useful to us any positive news.
If this news is true then its really a good news, the law on crypto is really needed and if russia will accept crypto it will be a big move to crypto for the other country to also accept crypto and if that happens crypto will going to boom the whole world.
