Giving merits is indeed subjective and is based on the personal.opinion of the sender as to what criteria they are using and following. It may all be different, but it doean't mean that it is necessarily wrong or unfair.

Having no specific standard or criteria to be followed as a format or a cheat sheet, every member will be challenged to create constructive posts that differs from the rest but is helpful, original and content-wise.
