I'll try to reply to everyone when I get some more time. Meanwhile I updated the OP with some guidelines and hoping to get some feedback before we officially start working.

While you're are at it, try to figure out how to keep track of all this so that we wouldn't have to go through 10 pages of this thread to find out if we're not overlapping with someone. For example I decide to work on a couple of ANN threads, I make a post here, then 200 esteemed spam hunters post other stuff, and now nobody knows who's working on what. Same with the 500-user lists that LoyceV posts. Ideally we would want some sort of constantly-updated alphabetical list, e.g. in the second post of your thread, but that sounds like a full time job.

Perhaps a self moderated thread with LoyceV's master list at the top or second (maybe quote by iasenko so he can update it).  Each official team member could limited to a single post which they use to edit what they're working on (WIP-work in progress).  Once iasenko see's the completed list in a team members post he can update the list and then the team members can edit their post removing the completed ones and adding a new list of current WIP.

Other team members could see what WIP the other members have and pick from the master list accordingly.

It would be each team members responsibility to keep their post updated, if they don't iasenko can delete the team members posts for being inactive or not updating properly.

It is a little cumbersome and not perfect because people aren't online 24/7 but just a thought off the top of my head!
