Hey , we have a team working on the electrum client already, and the floj wallet is also being delivered. The bounty isnt available right now but if we end up needing some help on electrum then we might re-open the bounty.
if we havent seen an electrum client completed in a few months we will likely re-open it

We also have plans for lightning on FLO since the segwit update, it's lower priority to other protocol code though, but definitely something near the top of our list ⚡️⚜️
