ICO has turned to a scam now as every unworthy project now organize ICO in other to make fund for their pocket so I stopped investing in ICO long ago.
However I think for cryptelo has the potential to become one of the best ICO this year. Many have been supporters of cryptelo even in the early stages. I suggest that you see it. But we must have a strategy in playing ICO.
