please explain about this issue -..... more than 346 XMCC pool balance.....but no withdrawn?

there are 250 pages here and 500+ on the old topic, read, it is being explained at least 100 times!

there no point writing any more to you. It's described on the main page of the pool.

not clear..the man said he has 346 XMCC pool balance.....in your rules is said for other coins every 2 hours for all balances above 0.05...what I missed? why he asked for withdrawel and you tell him more blocks you need? I want to begin mining here,but now it looks like fraud?
