Every method is difficult when you don't have the knowledge ( vocabulary, setting, psychology ). For me day trading is more difficult than other method because sideways always brake my rules. I only use hold coin for long term period, not wasting my time watching chart. Actually, every strategy ( method ) is depend the person and trend, you can push using day trading when down trend happen. So, let the people decides what the best for them.
