Do you think this is useful for the market and to what degree?
Most of the ICOs doesn't even collect the soft cap which means the project will be dropped maybe 1 in ten projects will get succeed now a days and even after the success of ICO the future of that token or coin will be still in great danger.So it may not have big changes in the established coin but some token price will go to moon too.
