Bitfinex is good for professional trader. I usually trading in local exchanges because I fully understand the language. Some other good exchanges that you can try is ccex, poloniex and kucoin. Those exchange is very famous its mean that many people ate thrust them.
Bitfinex is needed so many authorizations to be compliant with the US regulators and it's so complicated exchange site in my opinion. CCex is a scam exchange site and there is hundreds of scam dead coin have already listed and removed from there. Polo is lack of support and demand right now. Kucoin, binance and any other new trading platform have been taking the demand of the old platform.
