Do you think this is useful for the market and to what degree?
yes of course. it proves that more people are interested in blockchain based projects. ofcourse there are so many scam projects as well but it is not only for crypto market there are scams in everything all over the world.
People always interested when money involve. Although there is some advantages if more and more ICOs keep coming, because it means much funds needs to be distributed and more financers interested in doing innovatives projects. But in other side the disadvantages are those scam projects, and low budget projects that suddenly stop and drop their projects it just a waste of time.
