I think i did a mistake when i complete the form to make the account and i right my street address on the ETH wallet address.

I allready send the tokens to be converted.

Just to clarify, so everything is now clear, right? All of the amount stored on your mew is now transferred to your designated address, as well as the street address issue?
Like he said, the issue was that he put his street address into the ETH Address field, thats why it showed up there
