I guess the delay may be due to software upgrade for fork support. (1:10 XMR:XMV on exchange wallet)

I think the main problem is in HitBtc, the support in there takes LOTS of time to respond, IF they do it

Yes, it's completely on their team to do it soon. Let's see if bithumb or bittrex add it soon
