BCX Project Update 019

Hello all BCXers! This is project update 019. BitcoinX 0.16.2. The smart contract function has been added, and requires the miners votes to activate. (The voting period is 2016 blocks)

Currently vvpool and beepool have been updated to the latest version, please update ASAP! 

[Core/dev] Have improve UI functionality and refactor the interface to realize a more friendly interface.
