you can mine seperate pools with your cards you just have to input the proper mining pools and balance your mining across from it.  I'm specifically leaving this not so clear  so that you learn something and read up on how to set up your miners and failover pools.. If I tell you the answer you've learned nothing other than to copy and paste.. So In summary, yes you can mine 50+ pools with your cards you just have to tell them how you want their hashrate distributed.
