It takes more than just Thinking to quit gambling. Gambling is an addiction hard to give up, you must think of the right reasons, reasons that really motivates you to give it up otherwise, it will be in vain.

Exactly, motivation to give up and never play again. In my own experience, i've quitted in gambling and I didn't care about gambling but it only lasted in a few months after I've played once, back to the same me again.

That's because there is no other place where you can multiply money like casinos. Some people makes big fortune from it others ends up being losers. It's all about luck and greed.

Do not quit in gambling if you are going well here because win will benefit you besides online gambling traditional gambling is more of fun and entertainment which is benefited as well so you can try your luck there. If nothing works for you it means that you are not well experienced in your desired game so better that you learn and build your knowledge about a specific game.

Nobody can go well in gambling forever. The end of gambling is always worst and you will lose everything at the end. Dont even think that if you win a game, you will win every game. The best thing is that fix a limit for your gambling and when you reach to that level quit the game and do not continue. You will not be frustrated and will be back with a new passion.
