NEO isn't really demonstrating the guarantee that it once did. I recollect directly after the crest toward the finish of 2017, when the cryptographic forms of money were beginning to debilitate and move into the red, NEO was all the while exchanging sideways for a long time, opposing the FUD. Yet, now it has slammed perhaps more than most digital currencies as far as total % change. It unquestionably has some guarantee, however I don't know whether even its specialized limit is sufficient to surge out from this wreckage.
There is some debate about this, however, I believe we will see an upward trend for NEO soon.
While many only see the market side of #NEO and where it stands currently, there are many improvements going on behind the scenes. The developers are still working regardless what the market is doing.
NEO has also invested in some very promising projects while others have chosen to build upon NEO.
