I see a good ICO is Grain, Dbrain, Kora it looks like 3 of these projects are good from my point of view. but I did not participate because I was not interested ICO may just join bounty course. 
We will have to try and see these projects. Although I am more inclined to those projects that do not try to affect the financial sphere. Statistics and information transfer, that's what I'm really interested in.
