Here's a stupid question, why not just ASK the creator of Nyan if you can do this?
Premining a coin for "legal fees" in case you get sued because you couldn't spend 10 seconds doing a google search is just not logical.
I googled for nyan cat, found http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nyan_Cat it says the owner is Christopher Torres, and his website is http://www.prguitarman.com/ and one more click led me to his email address on this page http://www.prguitarman.com/contact.php. He may have just said yes. Wy not ask instead of using it as a weak justification to premine. Actually, nevermind, I think I know the answer.
