I invest for a long time in the main coins because I do not study this topic globally and accordingly I understand that only top coins will bring me a profit 
there are a lot of coins that you can choose for your long term holding. for me when i hold coins i buy more than 5 type coin. this is my strategy to minimize lossing my capital. this strategy is more better than you only hold 1 or 2 coins
