Whether Bitcoin is legal or not legal in a certain country but the government can arrest them and prosecute them due to estafa because they steal money that they just use Bitcoin platform in order to steal from the people but if Bitcoin is declared ban or illegal in a certain country then of course the government can't help them but it might arrest everyone that involved including the victims.
Yeah, as we all know bitcoin is very attractive in which those people want to be part on it even if they have don't have enough knowledge due to it's great amount of value, hopung that they can have it someday. In some point we have no control if bitcoin may use in some illegal aspect since it ia decentralized but the good thing is that the government doing legal actions to trace those people doing illegal activities as their wallet have a distinctive identity just like the coins.ph or any wallet that may able to know the identity and may able to minimize those bad people here in the world of crypto currency.
