I think this is common in the crypto world, and when bitcoin begins to stabilize, that's where the altcoin price will recover the bitcoin value.

They didn't recover much, they are pretty much on the same level or even lower than they were when Bitcoin was in 6k range. And if you take their BTC price, it has significantly dropped. This is very contrasting with last year's behavior when their BTC price remained the same or even increased, so when BTC was going up, alts were going up too, sometimes even at faster rates.
What's happening now might be a sign of a coming altcoin bubble burst, that was theorized by many experts.
