I think they dont because if they do i do not think Yappadappadoo will even have the idea of developing web applications if all the features they mentioned in PWA are also in installed applications. true, also because some installed application doesn't run the way PWA is introduce so meaning to say they don't have these features, anyway if they have it in the first place then there would be no trouble in apps we are using.
