and almost 80% of them are using ICO just for doing fraud and scamming people. so if you ask ICO will usefull for Market I think is yes if It work on positive trend , because they can make a growth for Our Economic Sector.
According to a market report, 82% of all the ICOs in 2017 were scams and less than 6% gave positive returns to the investors. If 2017 was that bad, then we can only imagine how bad can it be in 2018. Lack of regulations is the main problem and this is allowing the criminals to con investors.
