I think so yes but it will change it even more in the future.
Especially if it actually overtakes btc like many people claim.
Although it happen that eth will overtake bitcoin but still the market are dependable in bitcoin price. Actually, both bitcoin and ethereum have a big role to play in crypto world, because with them they make crypto out of the silence. That is to much to say that, a lot of things change just of having these two coins.
I think so because what I know is so Ethereum has good growth and can transact quickly then from now on Ethereum can change the world of crypto even though now this coin has decreased but still many people who invest in Ethereum because many people who believe if coin this can return well
