I would also prefer to know which minimum amount of Stratis I should use for staking.
Please give me more hints.

Minimum amount is >0, so you can even stake with 1 Stratis. However, the more Stratis you stake, the larger your staking wheight on the network will be, the more lickely you will receive a reward. You also need to open your wallet for staking and most lickely keep it open for long time to receive the reward.

Currently, staking 1000 stratis would give you 1.20 Stratis per month. However the more the network will be adopted and used, the more transactions will need to be verified, the higher staking rewards will be.
