Need a nice red one for the 5k!
A good graphic designer can make it in 5 to 10 mins if you give them the chosen one and also tell them the color pattern etc.Can you find anything that meets the requirements?
On google I can't find the 16x16 one, I am afraid.On top of not being a graphic designer, I'm also lazy!!!!!!! 
If everyone become a graphic designer then who is going to hire them? Good for them that you are lazy
