If the reason of being poor is foolishness then everyone has ultimate life chances even the in the place where modernization is not known specially the lack of of education. And when it comes to the highest understanding of giving value in life I can say is always what the wise persons do and it has no limitation whether or not a person is rich. Also I heard many stories that shows the greatest foolishness of rich man.
