Multiplier tokens (bonus token) are the EON tokens that are not sold in their ICO phase ( that happen last year),  so the Exscudo team decided to give it to the investors ( every investors will get a bonus token). The original plan of the team is to distribute the bonus token by six batches but the investors and the community is against on it (one reason of this ; EON token price is below ICO price so they want to get their investment back). So the Exscudo team made a community choice voting session , community have two option to choice and Vote; whether the distribution should be made in six batch or all multiplier tokens should be distributed in July , after a week of voting the 2nd option  (all multiplier tokens should be distributed in July ) win. So after the voting session with the community choice the team will distribute the bonus token on this July.
