Version 1.1 of aquacppminer is now available

--- Changes ---
* fixed bad shares issue (causing some users to be temporarily banned from pools)
* added build scripts & build instructions to the README

--- Notes ---
Since I do not have access to all my computers at the moment, I was only able to build 1.1 binaries for Ubuntu 16/17 & Windows, other binaries will be released later.
