I didn't find anything bad on that reply. That was warn for bounty hunters and investor too.
Probably because its off-topic? I mean technically it is, and if anyone thinks an ICO is a scam, it should be in scam accusations only perhaps?
I can't see it off topic from any angle. Reply was related the thread to stop promoting scam ICO. As well as bounty hunters not much visit on scam accusation board.
No. Mods deletes it because it's against the forum's policy. Proof or no proof.
I don't think it's against the forum policy to warned by reply if you find something wrong on the thread.
BTW, It was happened with me also. I expect appropriate answer from moderators.
