The listing on the Bancor exchange should happen really soon! Stay tuned. It will probably happen in the next coming weeks.
Why it was postponed?

They want to make sure this platform is secure to avoid any mishap in future. I think this is good thinking if dev will check the parameter before push this to make list there.
