No one can explain this, its most likely due to BTC pumping. We have seen this happen in the past when BTC pumps and Alts take a hit. What do you want the dev to do? They are doing their job by releasing developments so I'm not sure where you get that they are doing nothing. Its a free market so this can happen and why would you want a dev to buy up AceD just to keep the price high? Then that is fake and manipulated so I'm not sure what you want the dev to do here.
