I think everyone will work to get the mushroom cloud.
So the mushroom must be rare, something like 5000 reports. No small nuke for 300.
For 300 you can get a hat, or a star, whatever.
= 300 Good Reports (Bronze)
= 1000 Good Reports (Silver)
= 5000 Good Reports (Nuke)
I just hit my 300 reports lol
