What's the difference of Online Job Hiring into Normal Job Hiring, besides from Online Hiring is fast because it uses Technology? Is it the same because employer will review the documents the employee passed? The hiring isn't also the same?
Online Hiring System has a filter system where in you can set up what skills you were finding in a employee with a fast interaction in a snap while in Normal Hiring System you need to gather or wait for some employee to apply and then read all the application form. After reading that you will sort of what is good and not for the work.

That was the purposed of Trust logic project which they will serve as a bridge to the employee and a company which both sides can easily find what really suit to them in hiring and job processing. All the user`s data will serve as their information to be registered and it will be assessed by the validators in the system.
