Some ICOs may provide the best projects to the community some are not. However, we cannot say that every ICO may provide scam or even s***coins to their bounty hunters or to the investors. The need for an ICO is the way how we look the value on this community. The more projects the more opportunity for everyone to grow. Scams or un-sustained ICOs may not always be that way of failure; but, the need for us is to understand that they may provide the success that we need. Thus, instead of negative feedback, we must see this stuff as an opportunity.
